The United Sectors Of Laxturia (USL), commonly known as Laxturia, is a Federal Semi-presidential Parlimentary republic which encompasses most of the Laxturian continent. It shares no land borders, however it does share maritime borders with the Northern Confederation of Salån to the north, and the Kelshi Republic to the west. It also fully controls the Seslik Sea, which it derives most of it's economy from fishing. As of 330 AE, the USL is the third most populated country in Differsa. It's economic centre is Treskil rod Fesjilso, and it's capital and cultural center is Treslin.
The continent was settled over 10,000 years ago, during the Pre-Antiqurian Age. In 637 PI, Western Seslikite tribes, from what is today the north-western region of the Yalnship of Zhorsek. In 714 PI, the Kingdom of Laxturia would be formed after the Wars of Tresik. This is the first documented case of the term 'Laxturia', as the identity was imposed upon the Tresikans by the Seslikites.
